Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer (Healthcare / Health Tech)

Experience and Skills

• Senior-level engineer with 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Strong experience building AI applications, especially with Claude APIs, prompting, structured outputs, agentic workflows, and model or prompt regression testing.
• Strong TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python experience.
• Experience designing and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Solid PostgreSQL experience, including production data access and reliability considerations.
• Ability to own features end to end, ask discovery questions, and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.
• Availability to start within the next couple of weeks and commit to approximately six months.
• Hands-on experience with Claude API, Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, Observability, AWS, GCP, Docker, CI CD.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy full-stack features using React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python.
• Build and integrate AI-powered functionality with Claude and related tooling, including structured outputs, prompt and schema iteration, agentic workflows, and regression testing.
• Develop and maintain REST and/or GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL.
• Make production-ready decisions around validation, retries, observability, reliability, and failure recovery.
• Identify problems, propose solutions, and automate improvements with minimal direction.
• Write clean, documented code and communicate technical trade-offs clearly while collaborating with a cross-functional product team.

You will work across React and Next.js interfaces, Node.js and Python services, APIs, and PostgreSQL, owning features from design through deployment. This role requires strong practical AI experience, particularly with Claude, structured outputs, prompt and schema iteration, agentic workflows, and regression testing. You will work autonomously, make sound production decisions, connect technical solutions to product and business needs, and collaborate daily with a U.S.-based team in advanced English.
