Experience and Skills

• Senior-level experience with 5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Production experience with AWS and Azure, including networking, IAM, compute, storage, and security.
• Strong Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux, Bash, LLM tooling, and networking experience.
• Experience administering infrastructure through CLI-first workflows and operating production platforms safely.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Disaster Recovery, Backup, RBAC, DNS, VPN, PKI, AWS Landing Zones, Azure Landing Zones, Observability, Secrets Management, Incident Response, Solid, Claude.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform components end to end, including Terraform modules, Kubernetes capabilities, cloud patterns, CI/CD templates, and provisioning workflows.
• Design, build, and operate AWS and Azure environments, including landing zones, hybrid networking, IAM, compute, storage, migrations, and cost optimization.
• Manage hybrid identity and server estates across Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms.
• Design and operate backup and disaster recovery capabilities, including immutable copies, restore testing, recovery objectives, disaster recovery exercises, and audit evidence.
• Build secure self-service infrastructure workflows, APIs, CLIs, and agent-accessible interfaces for provisioning servers, accounts, network access, and backups.
• Implement observability, guardrails, secrets hygiene, least-privilege access, audit trails, drift detection, and automated validation.
• Troubleshoot cloud, server, network, identity, storage, and Kubernetes issues. Participate in incident response, on-call support, and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Document architecture, runbooks, disaster recovery plans, and operational procedures for human engineers and AI agents.

We are looking for a Senior AI Infrastructure Platform Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure platforms that support products, engineering teams, and AI agents. You will own platform capabilities across AWS, Azure, hybrid identity, Windows and Linux estates, Kubernetes, and backup and disaster recovery. You will create secure, self-service infrastructure workflows that reduce manual bottlenecks and enable engineers and AI agents to provision and manage resources safely. This role requires strong technical ownership, production operations experience, and the ability to turn complex infrastructure problems into reliable, adopted platform products.
