WE ARE HIRING: PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVEAbout the Role:As a Patient Services Represenrative, you will be responsible for gathering and verifying patient information, processing referrals, and supporting a smooth onboarding experience for patients.You'll be part of ACC’s bilingual team supporting a U.S.-based healthcare client, using internal systems while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer service.

Location: GuayaquilWork Mode: On-site Requirements: English level B2+ or higher. Previous healthcare experience is a plus (patient intake, referrals, medical offices, insurance verification, healthcare customer service, or related fields). Strong communication and customer service skills.
