Responsibilities

• Engage through social media (no calls, emailing, or meetings)with prospective customers and business contacts.
• Respond to inquiries and provide helpful information.
• Introduce interested individuals to relevant company services.
• Support digital outreach and customer engagement activities.
• Direct prospective customers to appropriate online resources.
• Maintain professional communication and accurate activity records.

Compensation & Payment Schedule

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with performance-based compensation.

This is not commission-based pay but does include exciting bonuses.Â

Compensation includes two earning opportunities:

• Individual Performance Bonuses: Earn bonuses based on verified, qualifying individual activities and results.
• Worldwide Network Share Bonuses: A designated percentage of qualifying worldwide network earnings is distributed among eligible team members, providing additional earning opportunities through collective performance.

Payments are processed every three calendar days for verified, qualifying results, according to the compensation agreement.

Qualifications

• Strong written communication skills.
• Reliable internet access.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic familiarity with online communication tools.
• Professional attitude and attention to detail.
• Customer service or digital marketing experience is helpful.

Special Requirements — 15-Minute Skills Demonstration

Applicants will participate in a brief, 15-minute interactive skills demonstration.

This is not a pass-or-fail examination. Instead, it helps us understand your communication abilities, social media experience, and individual strengths.

During the session, applicants will demonstrate three types of social media engagement:

• Engagement: Respond professionally to a social media post.
• Communication: Demonstrate how to introduce Ultimate Marketing's brands.
• Customer Support: Respond to a customer inquiry.
