You're a fit if

We’re looking for a senior editor who can demonstrate real performance-ad experience and a workflow built for AI-assisted video production.

• 2+ years editing performance ads in-house for a US DTC brand or a performance agency (e.g., TubeScience, Trafilea, and similar).
• Can show 2–3 ads you edited that ran with real spend (include links).
• You actively use AI video tools in your workflow.
• You can write a short end-of-day report every day.
• Communication: clear, reliable updates and quick iteration based on feedback.
• Ownership: you take responsibility for the quality and performance-readiness of every edit you deliver.

Language: English (working).

What you'll make

We need you to own the editing of our performance ads end-to-end and help us keep launch velocity high.

• Create Mini-VSLs (1–3 min story ads), including talking 3D character style ads.

• Edit AI-avatar talking-head ads using tools like Arcads, HeyGen, and Higgsfield.

• Produce UGC-style DR ads and hook variations.

• Weekly output targets: approximately 5 new concepts and 15 hooks per week.

• Use provided spend/performance context to iterate and keep edits aligned with what’s scaling.

What you get

• USD 3,000/month base, paid on the 5th via wire to your own account.
• Bonus per ad you edit that scales: $50 at $5K spend, up to $1,500 at $500K. Variations earn half.
• Spend data included on every ad you made.
• Fully remote with a daily ~3h overlap with CET/WET business hours (late morning in Buenos Aires), with no night shifts.

Nice to have

• 2D/3D animation (After Effects, Blender or Cinema 4D) for talking-character ads
• AI music and voice: Suno, ElevenLabs
• Experience with health, supplement or pain-relief brands

We build and scale US health brands sold through Meta ads. We’re hiring one senior performance video editor to own the edit on our direct-response ads: mini-story ads, hook variations, and AI-avatar talking-head ads. You’ll work directly with the founder and the creative strategist, and you’ll see the spend and results of every ad you make.
