Experience and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or a related field.
• C1 English level or higher.
• Proven experience building production-ready AI applications, agents, or automations (beyond simple prompting or using standalone tools).
• Demonstrated experience building AI-driven reporting and data preparation solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing reporting and campaign performance measurement.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) reporting structures, campaign hierarchies, and data quality practices.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, AI Application Development, Attribution Modeling, Data Automation, Campaign Measurement, Claude, automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, ship, and maintain production-ready AI agents and applications to automate marketing tasks, operational workflows, and campaign execution.
• Build and scale AI-driven reporting solutions that automate data preparation, analysis, narrative generation, and recurring business readouts.
• Own and evolve the marketing reporting ecosystem, connecting data sources such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong.
• Develop multi-channel attribution models to guide investment decisions and map the buyer journey.
• Translate complex analytical findings and AI outputs into clear, actionable business recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and marketing teams to align data definitions, reporting logic, and shared KPIs.

Niuro is hiring an AI & Marketing Analytics Specialist to expand an existing AI foundation for marketing automation and reporting. You will work with marketing and Revenue Operations teams, connecting Salesforce, Marketo, and Gong data to automate campaign workflows and measure their contribution to revenue. This role focuses on transforming fragmented data and manual workflows into production-ready AI agents, automated processes, and trusted business insights. You will inherit and actively expand an existing AI foundation to optimize campaign execution and operational speed. Working closely with marketing and revenue operations teams, you will establish measurement frameworks and design attribution models to connect channel performance directly to revenue outcomes. This senior position requires a builder's mindset, combining deep technical capability in AI development with the communication skills needed to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for business leaders.
