Experience and Skills

• Mid-level experience with 3+ years in QA automation, support engineering, or a combined technical role for B2B SaaS products.
• C1 English level or higher, with strong written and verbal communication skills for direct customer interaction.
• Hands-on experience building automated test suites with modern frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium, including API-level testing.
• Proficiency in SQL for inspecting databases and investigating customer data discrepancies.
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines and analyzing run results.
• Demonstrated ability to triage user issues, isolate edge cases, and write actionable bug reports for engineering.
• Routine experience utilizing AI coding assistants to accelerate test creation and troubleshooting.
• Full-time availability during US Eastern business hours.
• Hands-on experience with API Testing, Technical Support, Bug Tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, write, and maintain automated end-to-end regression test suites covering UI, API, and data flows.
• Integrate test suites into build and deployment pipelines to ensure automated verification on every release.
• Manage the first-line technical support queue during US Eastern hours, diagnosing and resolving customer inquiries directly.
• Triage incoming support requests, investigate root causes using SQL and system logs, and escalate bugs with reproducible steps.
• Keep customers informed throughout issue resolution and confirm fixes once deployed.
• Document recurring customer issues and convert known edge cases into automated regression test cases.

This role balances building a comprehensive automated testing framework with delivering ongoing first-line technical support for a B2B SaaS operations platform. You will establish an automated regression test suite from the ground up while serving as the primary technical contact for end users. On the QA side, you will map existing gaps and implement automated UI, API, and data tests integrated into continuous integration pipelines. On the support side, you will monitor incoming requests during US Eastern hours, investigate data issues, reproduce bugs for developers, and guide customers toward quick resolutions. Working alongside a lean development team, your work will directly protect software quality and maintain customer trust as the platform scales.
