US License Insurance Agent (P&C) Living Outside the US

Qualifications and requirements

We're looking for someone with an active U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) license, at least one year of insurance experience, and excellent English communication skills. Candidates must have experience in either/both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance and must be living outside of the United States. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, comfortable handling calls, and experienced with policy servicing, quoting, and working with insurance agency systems.

Job functions

This role is for a Licensed Insurance Virtual Assistant with an active U.S. Property & Casualty license. The person hired will support daily agency operations, including quoting, policy servicing, inbound and outbound calls, sales support, documentation, and carrier coordination.

The candidate will work closely with the assigned insurance agency’s internal team, clients, prospects, and carrier representatives. All Virtual Staffing will support the placement, onboarding, and coordination with the client.

Desirable skills

Candidates with experience in either/both personal and commercial lines, familiarity with agency management systems (such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft), knowledge of common U.S. insurance carriers, prior remote work experience, or insurance coding experience will have an advantage.
