QA Lead E-commerce (Inglés)

Requerimientos del cargo

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically five (5)+ years of working experience.
• Solid knowledge or experience with scripting tools such as JavaScript, XML, TestRail, BrowserStack, and automation testing tools and processes.
• Thorough understanding and experience of software development engineering methodologies/standards and software development techniques such as RUP - Rational Unified Process and Microsoft Solutions Framework.
• Solid experience with at least two (2) technologies such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager, or other similar commerce and/or content solutions.
• Good knowledge of eCommerce concepts (i.e.: B2B and B2C) and market trends.
• Good knowledge of software development notation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Good knowledge of project management principles.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.

Funciones del cargo

• Ensure that quality deliverables (Test Plans, Test Cases) are produced within allocated time.
• Participate in the elaboration of the project work plan, defining the scope and assigning tasks to each project QA team member.
• Interact with team members on a regular basis to track progress of their assigned work.
• Report issues and scope changes to the Program Manager.
• Mentor and assist junior and intermediate team members.
• Analyze customer testing requirements and ensure that the application/solution conforms to these requirements.
• Contribute to and provide feedback on technical documentation, requirements, and specifications.
• Contribute to the proposal process by recommending solutions, writing technical sections, and providing cost estimates.
• Design, create, and maintain simulators or test harnesses to be used in support of testing.
• Participate in the development of test cases based on functional specifications, executing test cases, recording, analyzing, and reporting test results and software defects in the defect tracking system.
• Create UAT documentation and support the customer during the acceptance phase.
